Our team reviews the information in your ticket and asks any follow-up questions before anything is shipped.

Arrange secure delivery
If an in-hand valuation is appropriate, we agree the packing, insurance and shipping arrangements with you through the ticket.

Valuation and offer
We inspect the items and send a written offer in the same ticket, so the full conversation and figure remain together.

Accept or decline
Accept the offer and we pay by bank transfer. Decline it and we arrange for your items to be returned as agreed.
