Typical steps
- Send a summary with clear photographs and any useful inventory.
- We review the material and ask follow-up questions where needed.
- If appropriate, we arrange an in-person inspection or another agreed method of examination.
- We explain any purchase offer and the items it covers.
- If you accept, the final handover and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Prepare safely
Do not clean the coins. Keep labels, trays, tickets, receipts and certificates with the relevant items, as they may contain useful provenance. Do not send valuable material until packing, insurance and delivery arrangements have been agreed with us.
